マネジメントコンサルティング・研修を始めて16年目 2022年、インサイトマネジメントは北海道で開業し１６年目を迎えました。これまでに様々な方の協力を得ながら、色々なプロジェクトに関わらせていただきました。ご協力いただいた方々には心より感謝申し上げます。 残りあと９年 この１５年の間に多くの社会的、経済的な出来事、変化がありました。特に近年の長引く新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大の経験を通じて私たちの社会、経済に対する意識も変化してきています。国連による2030年を達成年とした持続可能な開発目標(SDGs)が設定され、残り９年間となりました。これらの目標に向かって世界が少しずつ動き始めてきましたが、あと9年で達成可能な動きには見えません。これは私たちが現在置かれている状況をしっかりと把握していない。知らないことが原因の１つだと思います。できるだけ多くの人と現状を共有し、対応するための考え方を理解いただければ、実践の段階にすみやかに移行できると信じています。 これまで得られた洞察の応用（アプライドインサイツ®） 現在の状況を観ると、より便利な世の中になりましたが同時により多くの課題が産み、その影響も巨大なものとなりました。どうすれば、これらの課題を解決した上で、よりよい社会、環境を築けるか。方向性は見えて来た気がします。 当社では、アプライドインサイツ®（洞察の応用）をキャッチフレーズにこれまでの経験・学びから得られた洞察を包括的に応用し「より環境をよくする経済活動」を探求します。その実証をプロジェクトサイトを活用し行っています。 小さく早く、ゆっくり大きく 得られた洞察はあっても、その実行は簡単ではありません。まだまだ未熟は組織ではありますが、賛同いただける皆様と一緒に今後９年、すべきことはできるだけ早く手掛け、ゆっくり慎重に取り組み、大きな変革に繋げていく所存です。皆様のご支援を賜りたくお願い申し上げます。 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　坪井　真一
